Why the intranet exists

One place for the work that happens between gatherings.

UnitedGroupsInc.org is the private operational side of United Groups Inc. The public website tells the story of the fellowship; this site gives approved members a secure place to stay connected and work together.

Member contact information, internal conversations, leadership workspaces, shared resources and organizational updates belong here—not scattered across personal text threads, inboxes and unrelated platforms.

Member Directory

Profiles can hold church or ministry, role, contact details, location and other information members choose to share.

Private Communication

Direct messages, group conversations, chat rooms and notifications help members communicate without exposing conversations publicly.

Role-Based Workspaces

Members, designated leaders and administrators receive different workspaces and permissions, with private conversations handled through the intranet messaging system.

Controlled Access

Member access stays on the front end. WordPress administration and MainWP site-management tools remain reserved for administrators.

The public sees the welcome. Approved members see the work.

Internal profiles, messages, announcements, leadership workspaces and resources require an authenticated member account. Access expands according to each person's assigned role: Member, Leadership or Administrator.
